Since its establishment, Güçlü İnşaat has delivered more than 100 projects in countries around the world, including Türkiye, Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, Iraq, the United States, Libya and Ghana. It has completed 80% of Loza Evleri, its first branded residential project in Türkiye. Rising in the Merter–Bağcılar area, Loza Evleri is the first branded residential development in the district and is being built with an investment of TRY 150 million. The project has 35,000 square metres of construction area and 4,500 square metres of green space, offering safe living in harmony with nature in the heart of the city.
