Rising in the Merter–Bağcılar area, the district’s first branded residential project is being built with an investment of TRY 150 million. The project has a construction area of 35,000 square metres and 4,500 square metres of green space, offering safe living in harmony with nature in the heart of the city.

When we first launched the project for sale about a year ago, we were selling at TRY 3,800 per square metre; we now sell at TRY 5,500.”
