Güçlü İnşaat has completed 80% of Loza Evleri, its first branded residential project in Türkiye. The company has previously built more than 100 projects in countries around the world, including Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, Iraq, the United States, Libya and Ghana. Loza Evleri, with an investment value of TRY 150 million, is located in the Merter–Bağcılar area.

Apartment prices at Loza Evleri range from TRY 500,000 to TRY 1.5 million. The 2+1 apartments have areas starting at 113 square metres, while the 3+1 apartments have areas starting at 300 square metres. Speaking about the project, Güçlü Group Chairman of the Board Hüseyin Çelik said: “When we first launched the project for sale, about a year ago, we were selling at TRY 3,800 per square metre; we now sell at TRY 5,500.”
