Güçlü İnşaat is delivering its first branded residential project in Istanbul with an investment of TRY 150 million.

A REFERENCE PROJECT
Speaking about the project, Güçlü Group Chairman of the Board Hüseyin Çelik said: “As our first branded residential project in Türkiye, Loza Evleri will be a reference point for Güçlü İnşaat in branded housing. We have focused all our experience and our experienced team’s energy on this project. We have developed a spacious project centred on family life. Our apartments start with 2+1 homes of 113 square metres and go up to special 3+1 apartments of 300 square metres. Apartment prices in our project, which promises returns to investors, range from TRY 500,000 to TRY 1.5 million. When we first launched the project for sale about a year ago, we were selling at TRY 3,800 per square metre; we now sell at TRY 5,500.”
